The in-app purchases overview doesn’t load
If only a rotating wheel appears when you open the “Add-Ons” dialog (loading icon), but the list of add-ons does not appear even after waiting several seconds, please check whether your device is connected to the Internet. If this is the case, but the list still does not appear, you may have activated restrictions on your iPad/iPhone that prevent the purchase of in-app products. You can find out how to disable these restrictions here.
If you have already removed the restrictions, please check if purchases are allowed under Screen Time > Restrictions > Purchases in iTunes & App Store.
If only a spinning wheel appears on Android, please check if you are logged in to the Play Store with a valid user account.
