Tuning settings (speed, brakes, fuel tank size) are apparently not applied, the sliders are reset

If you make changes in the “Tuning” dialog in SmartRace, these changes are sent to the cars when you press one of the green buttons at the bottom of the dialog. However, they will only be saved in SmartRace if a car has been assigned to the respective controller in the “Assignment” dialog. If no car is assigned, SmartRace will reset the sliders to the center position the next time the Tuning dialog is called.

A car is assigned, but the slider is still reset

In this case you should check if you have assigned a car to more than one controller. For example, if you assign the same car to both controller 1 and 4 and then set the speed in the Tuning dialog and save it, the value that was set for controller 4 will be saved for the car. Important: This only applies to saving the values in the car database in SmartRace. The app still transmits the correct values to the track.
