Controller colors seem to be ignored

If SmartRace ignores the colors you have set in the main menu under “Controller Colors” and instead displays, for example, dark gray as the controller color in the race screen, this is because the assigned car has dark gray set as its color.

Setting “Color” on the car.

Since SmartRace 5.6 you can also assign a color to cars in the car database, which then overwrites the set controller color when this car is assigned to a controller in the main menu under “Controller Assignment”. If you don’t want this, you have to delete the color you have set on the respective car via the small trash can icon (see screenshot).

Note: In SmartRace 5.6.1 there was a bug that automatically set the color to dark gray when creating or editing cars. This bug is fixed in version 5.6.2.
