Making a support request from within SmartRace
To submit a support request directly from SmartRace, please proceed as follows:
- Open the quick menu and then the main menu
- Open the “Help & Support” dialogue in the “Miscellaneous” section
- Open the “Submit Support Request”
- Enter your data in the form and describe the reason for your request
- Submit the form with the green button
When you submit the form, a few data are sent along that might help to narrow down the problem you have. This includes, for example, the exact device name, the exact version of the operating system running on your device and which settings you have set in SmartRace. No personal data will be transmitted (e.g. driver names, etc.).
